Welcome to RTS’ Newest and Largest Class!

Please welcome the 50 newest Scholars to the Ready to Succeed scholarship and internship program (formally known as our career accelerator program)!

This is the largest incoming class of foster youth in RTS history! Earlier in June, RTS welcomed the incoming students and helped them form new connections during a virtual orientation. Scholars got to know each other and met RTS staff and alums.

When these Scholars were asked what excited them most about joining Ready to Succeed their top answers were opportunities, community, connection and support.  Check out all their answers in the image above. At the end of this month, all these incoming Scholars will join RTS volunteers and staff at Camp Ready, our signature two-day career prep and storytelling bootcamp at Cal State Long Beach.
