DO I QUALIFY?
You are welcome to apply for the RTS Career Accelerator Program if you are:
• Eager to put in the work to succeed
• Current and former foster youth
• RTS has a strong preference for applicants who are pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a target graduation date of May 2027 or later from a 4-year university in California. The program is designed to be a 3-year program, which is why we are recruiting for Class of 2027 or later. However, all years are still welcome to apply and admission will be considered, if space permits!
