DO I QUALIFY TO BECOME AN RTS SCHOLAR?

You quality if you are:

• A Current or Former Foster Youth who are eager to put in the work to succeed.

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a target graduation date of May 2029 or later (3 years left of undergrad upon start of the program in Summer 2026)

• Enrolled at a California-based school for the 2026 – 2027 school year
