Forty years ago Pat McCabe, now Co-founder and Co-Executive director of Ready to Succeed, was a busy sports marketing executive. Nike, Toyota, and Honda were some of his clients. His days, nights and weekends were dedicated to sports and the athletes he represented.

After 20 years of working in sports and marketing, Pat left it all behind to Found New Roads Lower School and eventually founded Ready to Succeed. His love for coaching and helping children propelled him into education and nonprofit work.
